The material is a soft non scratch inner layer.
I'm looking at the Elite Premium cover for my 03 E150 High top. Based on your chart I'm thinking the EP-V4. Elite Bubble Top Van Covers | CarCoverUSA
My question, is the material on the inside of the cover soft? I do not want to scratch the original paint.
