Sorry we can not alter the pattern, that you would have to do locally once received.
my car doesn't have bumpers, can you make the bra fit with just nerf bars? Or make me a custom one? Colgan Custom Original Front End Bra...
The bra needs openings for headlights, turn signals and the horn grills on both sides. The nerf bars are where the bumper brackets go into the body. I can send photos and measurements if needed.
I have 5 of your bras for my other cars, all are good fits.
